I believe that savoring, deeply enjoying what you have when you have it, may be one of the highest forms of gratitude practice.

  2. Besides reminding me to enjoy what is now, the picture makes me think about how we leave our foot prints in the sand, and never quite know what will be remembered and what will not. These photos are deeply moving.
